Go with the 1.7 roller rockers. You can do this rather easily and it will improve your performance. The next step would be the Fastman 52mm. I installed the 1.6 rr's from Harland Sharp cause I already have a performance cam. The roller rockers will improve both the intake and exhaust side of your engine at the same time where the Fastman will only improve the intake until you do more with the exhaust.

If you own a early Ram this thing sounds like a must as it sounds like the stock cupholder is about worthless. Luckily for me they changed it and it's really nice in my 01 Ram.

For me it was the Geno's Garage cupholder!! lol. Now I can drink coffee in my '96 without it jumping onto the floor on the first bump I go over.

. As for the mod ? i would have to go with the 1.7 RR's, turkey hunter already said my reasons why.
I agree with what is being said here, but I have to also put in my $.02 for the results I have had with the SCT Tuner. That thing is awesome!!! I noticed very nice results after installing the 50mm FM TB, 1.7 rr, double roller chain at 4*ret, PS longtube headers, 3" y-pipe, and dumped CherryBomb Extreme. But I have to say, when I uploaded the Stage 1 performance tune and took it for a drive, WOW what a difference it made! It didn't act like the same truck at all. I have since uploaded Stage 2 programming and it is even better. I can run at 65mph, push it to 3/4 throttle and it downshifts and starts to scream. Then I hit it from there with WOT and it pulls strong!!! This thing is a beast! It feels like this truck is on steroids! I am very happy with the programmer, even though it is more expensive than the other mods you listed. (Mine cost $569 if I remember correctly) You have to also consider that you can have 3 different tunes on it to accomodate your needs. It would be like getting mods done for 3 different engine setups by just uploading the one you want from the programmer. I am happy I did those mods as well, but they weren't being fully utilized until the tuner. I have heard that using the tuner even without any other mods produces great results, but when it is added to everything else, look out! The guy I bought mine from will adjust the programming whenever I need it when I change a mod, and he doesn't charge for it. He only charges $50 for a programming rewrite if you dramatically change something like adding forced induction for example.
Your first mod should be to sell your truck and get an Indy Ram. Sounds like you want to go fast, a 4x4 has parts specifically made not to go fast. These parts are : the tranny and everything hooked to it.
Get a 2wd and slam it, cam it.Then all those mods you listed will make sense. I have pegged my stock truck at 120 a few times. Can you do that with a 4x4? No offense to anyone here, but I do not understand this get a 4x4 lift in 6 inches, put every speed part known to man, 35" tires, then try to drive it 100mph and complain when it doesent or parts start flying off. But, then again I am almost 44, 5 kids, married 20 years, teacher, and not full of **** and vinegar anymore.

I had my truck up to 120 bone stock when I had my 265/75/16 all terrains on there.
Not sure what the speed rating is on these mudders but i'm sure it's not that great. Big truck is kinda scary at that speed.

wait a minute...
the 1.7 RR just increase the duration of the intake and exhaust valve strokes (yes, and reduce friction on the valvetrain with needle point bearings, padodgeram
). That alone isn't enough to warrant an injector swap. And he isn't going to outflow the stock kegger or exhaust manifolds with them either.
That would be my first vote as well.
and at least open up the stock air box with a $30 round air cleaner setup or that edelbrock air gap spongy thingy.
