Yep. I always use it on WP bolts, after doing a WP on a 91 (?) bronco II. Like 3 of the 4 bolts sheared off into the timing cover, thus turning it into a timing job. So long as you torque the bolts correctly, they wont come out from normal vibrations, the anti seize just protects against the bolts getting corroded or rusted in.

Using anti-seize on any parts that could rust or you want to take out again at some point in the future is a wise idea. The package for the anti-seize I have says : spark plugs, water pump bolts, starter bolts, etc.
