The door speakers are 6"x9" ovals. But they're very thin to allow room for the window to go down. I bought some very good Pioneers to go in and there was no way in HELL they would fit. Not sure what the rear ones are. You can find the info at www.crutchfield.com

Like Snafu said, the fronts are 6x9's and it's a tight fit. I went with a set of Kicker K693's up front, and they barely fit. I don't know what size the rear are, because I don't even use them (the front speakers and a 12" subwoofer are more than enough for a regular cab...for me anyway). If you follow the Crutchfield link he posted, you should be able to look up not only the speaker sizes, but the mounting depths too.

Like everyone said, use 6 x 9 for the door. I went with some Eclipse SE8392 6 x 9 and they fit and sound great. I have an ext cab, so i can't help with the back set up.

yeah those infinities are sweet. i love mine. i dont use the rears yet, but plan on repkacing them with infinity as well. then im putting in the preformed sub box from mtx under the rear bench that holds 2 10s. should turn out good.
