Dealer for a whole lot of money or find some used. Dodge uses this crappy platic then charges a fortune to fix it when it breaks.

Just checked that site and they don't seem to list one for 2nd gen rams. That sucks. I wouldn't mind finding a company that made some quality ones at a nice price.
