PA, I'll start from the engine back.
-Pacesetter Longtube headers with matching 3" y-pipe.
-3" pipe from y-pipe to 3" in/out gutted cat
-3" pipe from gutted cat to 3" inlet/2.5" dual outlet Flowmaster Super 44 muffler
-Pipe Behind Each Rear Tire with 4"x24" SS tips

If its a cat-back only type system, it won't matter so much because the "bottleneck" is in front of the converter.
Talking before and after the cat, 2.25" or 2.5" dual pipes is the most you should go before it'll hinder you. 2.25" duals roughly equals 3" single pipe in volume, so a setup like Neon's is pretty ideal in my book.
EDIT: Neon, love the exhaust sound. Sounds just like mine with the exception that yours is louder (I'm guessing because of the long tubes and tips ).
