Cant tell by the picture , those things just dont wear out or just get a chip in them with out something going wrong (like the rear just explodes ) the outter C clips just dont get replace unless something went wrong , either this guy installed his own gear and was using a screw driver and hammer (even that doesnt make sense ) or had a slight wobble , even that you can feel ..if it wasnt for bad luck you wouldnt have non at all..
