Ebay Tint?
No but Advance sells precut tint now too. They told me it was about $40 a panel and it's the cheapo Gila I think but not positive. I doubt the eBay stuff is much better. I'd personally spend the extra on tint and get a shop to do it unless you know how to do it.
I havent used precut but I have tinted a few windows.
It is not the tint that causes bubbles it is the installer. Pre cut may be helpful but if you don't take you time you will see the bubbles.
The rear window on my Hyundai took 3 times to get it right.

The biggest factor, in the tinting I've done at least, has been how much effort you put into cleaning the window before application of the tint. I would imagine if you took your time the ebay stuff would work out fine.
Another issue is if you mess up with a roll you just cut a new piece. If you mess up with that stuff it's expensive enough that you will pay a lot replacing it. If you mess up once or twice you may even spend more than having it tinted at a shop. I'd only mess with it if you have experience tinting.
I was talking to a local tinter here and he said his first car he tinted ended up costing him about $100 more than what it would have to have it done professionally. This was back he said when he is 14 or so and he is probably 25-30 now.

Yeah I have bought from that guy. The tint is a good quality, It is nice to have it pre-cut too. Be care-full un-rolling it and take your time putting it on. Also I would get an inspection sticker before you put it on, I had to tear mine back off the side windows.
I think I paid $30 for the pre-cut which is the same price of three rolls of tint at the auto store.
