That's the tranny that I have in my truck right now, but I did go with the deep pan. If you can afford it, get it. Very much worth having. In addition to holding the extra fluid, it helps cool the fluid and has a drain plug for changing fluid. I tow a 9000 lb fifth wheel with my truck and have had the tranny in the truck for almost a year. Very happy with it and I believe Billy "aka Dr. Evil" is the most knowledgable person that I have ever talked to about trannies.
