If you have an automatic - there is a "jumper" wire underneath the pedals that you can cut and insert a switch in to to act as an ignition kill. You're alarm will probably already have a ignition kill in it... but you could add this as an additional kill switch for additional protection. The wire is in a lime green plug... and I believe the wire is yellow...

Just pull the fuel system relay and put it in you pocket when you park somewhere seedy.

That's what I do when I'm in the city, especially with my sled...pretty hard to start without the relay. Mine's been broken into 8 times and they attempted to steal it 2 of those times. Absolutely ridiculous. I read an arcticle in car&driver years ago about auto theft in johannesburg (sp?). It's crazy down there...the police force has a special auto division that tracks, chases and disables stolen vehicles...they drive shot-up BMW's and are trained to fire automatic weapons while driving. Another anti-theft device they use over there is a 1/4" piece of flat bar along the bottom of the rocker pannel, spring loaded with enough force that if the vehicle decides it's being stolen and the bar releases, it will break the guy's leg. Ouch....

Heh.. Would suck if it decided to just go off on you.. Lol But I do plan on throwing in a kill switch also. Even tho the dodges are one of the hardest vehicles to hot wire.. Couldnt hurt.

Hardest?? Dont you mean easiest? My brother's 93 JGC had the tumbler go out, so the key wouldn't start it. All he had to do was remove the bottom panel of the steering column and wire in two switches, one for accessories and one for the starter. Took about 10 minutes.
