probably the two spark plugs that need to be changed, same thing happened with me, except it was only one plug that wouldnt budge hehe, change them first since that would be the cheapest fix.

Dont mess with the idle adjust screw whatever you decide to do! Make sure that your TPS is at .67 volts (might want to check this...it might be .97 or something like that...its the same as your T/A would be w/e it is) with the key on engine off with the throttle body closed.
