I mounted the mic bracket to the console. I bent the bracket so that it screws from the inside, not on the outside.

My 29LTD Classic just lays under the seat.
(What a pain in the ***).
Anytime I want to use it I have to grab under there
while driving most of the time and figure it out from there.
While it's out of the way, there has to be a better spot for it.

I have a Wunder mount for mine and like it a lot. It's not out of sight but like it a lot. It mounts it infront of the passenger side seat.

Oh something I can actually talk about and am VERY proud about!

So...my cup holder was broken and the oem replacement was stupid high. My CB was mounted on the floor but with cup holder breaking...well you know what happened every dang time i hit a bump hard!

Anyway so one day I F this ripped my cup holder out took it apart. Kept the base of the holder and drilled two hole and mounted my cb in its replacement. Then I bought an ebay cup holder replacement...just do an ebay search for dodge ram cup holder. Below is my install and below that is an image of the cupholder taken from ebay.
