Default Post up your clear corners

On other cars I've had clear corners and have really loved them. They really improved the look imo. On the Rams I've never been fond of them but they just recently started growing on me. I want a set badly now and think they would look sweet with my chrome grill. Anyone got pictures of them on the trucks? I'm thinking of the ones that have a pattern like the normal stock headlights since I don't have a sport but the others might look good too. I'm basically just wanting some pictures to see what they look like.

I know this kind of isn't what you were asking for, but here are my clear one-piece units...

I agree, I think taking the eggyoke look out of a headlight looks really clean & custom. I used clear corners from a regular ram, and then I used sylvania chrome coated parking bulbs to give it the true clear appearance. You can use an LED as well to keep the clear true, but sometimes they require an equalizer kit to draw enough power which can be a pain in the *** installing. Here is a before and after pic. Not the best pix because I didn't take the shots with the headlights as the focal point, but you get the idea. I plan to replace my stock sport headlights with some nice euro styled housing kind, and then when I can, buy HID kits for the headlights and foglights, should look really sporty.

I bought a set off eBay. Any idea on what bulbs I should run? What size does it take? I haven't checked yet. Don't they need to light up amber to remain legal?

Also how do you replace them? Are they like on most cars where you just take a screw out at the top and pop them out?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/3157-...spagenameZWDVW

Those are the chrome coated turn signal bulbs. They will still light up orange, but when they are off, they will look like they aren't even there, to give it that true clear look. You can use LED bulbs as well, you can get them off ebay. Just type in 3157 LED, and make sure they light up amber. But I think the chrome coated bulbs save a lot of hassle!

I know how to get the bulbs out but how do I get the corner light assembly out? Is it just a screw on top like normal cars then it pop out?

Thanks for the link. I finally had looked up the bulb number. I'm debating if I should put super white bulbs in there or not. I think it would look best but I don't want a ticket. I'm thinking I may just re use my amber bulbs that are in there for right now and then I have time to decide what I want to do.
