is there anyways u can unplug the check engine light on these trucks ive just been wondering that?

no way that i know to unplug it.
with a scanner tool or hypertech you can turn it off, but if you have a problem of some kind it will just come back on.

you can put a small piece of black tape over it..

another question i have about plug wires do they have to be ran from the spark plug to the back any certain way? i changed mine and i have them taped together is it bad for them to be touching one another?

yes it can be , can cause them to cross spark over time..

Yes you don't want the plug wires touching.

try unplugging the negative terminal on your battery for 30 seconds. That should turn the light off. But like what's been said before, If there is a problem, the light will just come back.
