Default Got my High flow cat installed today

I finially got my high flow cat installed today. I had them install it and weld all the joints cuse they leaked and rattled. You can tell a difference but its not as loud as I thought it would be. Its more raspy I think. I also had them weld some brackets on my hitch for some lights. The stock backup lights suck so I had planed on just adding 2 lights. I got to thinking the other night not being able to sleep that 4 would be better and lok pretty sweet I think. So as soon as I get a chance to install them I'll post pics. Heres some pics and vids of the newness.

The wind kills it. At the end you can hear it though I will get better ones later

I was in such a hurry to post this up I forgot to mention no camo lol. I gotta get a new lightI guess i just noticed it was broke Monday night when i was measuring for my brackets. I sat down behind the truck and was like WTF is this.

After firing it up after work I have realised that it is a good bit louder. I'm very happy with the way it sounds

Have you noticed any other differences besides sound?

Left a comment on youtube for ya[8D]

She defiantly has some more bark than before. You can tell it has a new cat, just sounds so much raspier and cleaner. I had that same cat put on with my exhaust, but I just wanted to go extra crazy and had it gutted anyways, but that magnaflow cat works perfectly. Nice work on the exhaust, sounds mean as hell.

Thanks 360 I wish I would have remembered my camera last night. I came out of work and fired it up and was like damn and my coworkers both said yeah thats a lot louder. I need to get a cold start vid i guess.

It makes sense that you might feel a little more power, the engine is breathing a little better with high flow cat. Im looking to get one too and this just makes it final. Better sound, and power. Cant wait to hear that cold start vid.

Ok, so did you install it, then have a shop weld it, or just take the whole direct fit to the shop from the getgo?
