Yeah the buildsheet would come in handy if you ever sold it. I know if I was buying it and they didn't have a build sheet but were saying it was hd I'd take that with a grain of salt.

That thing to me looks awesome now maybe better than before. It really looked good in that last video.

BTW I see your signature says a new rear bumper is to come what happend to yours? Why do you need a new one?

Thanks again Will, I really do love the way the truck looks. It has a very aggressive sporty look now. As for the bumper, it's just been something I've wanted to replace since I got the truck. It has a dent in it, and is a little rusted in the bottom, just a nit picky thing.

And for the build sheet....I finally asked him this morning when I dropped the truck off. I asked him when I picked the truck up if he would get me one. He looked at me funny as expected. But I told him that if I chose to sell the truck, I wanted to have proof that there was a new and improved transmission inside of it. So he said he'd have me a list by tomorrow when the truck is done. Hope it is infact heavy duty when I show you guys the parts.

Cool cool. So is the truck supposed to be done tomorrow instead of a couple days like they said? Sounds good let us know how it goes and how it is when you get it back.

Assuming what they put on the build sheet is actually what they used in your trans. Only way you would ever know is to tear the trans apart and see, which i'm sure they know you would never do.

Yeah that is true, it's kind of why I never really felt like asking, it's not like I'd ever know for sure, but hopefully they'll be honest with what they put into it. Again, I just could not imagine a transmission shop putting a 3 year/70,000 mile warranty on a product if they didn't think it could do it though, so that's one bright side about it. He did say it would be done by tomorrow, so it sounds like they know what to do to make the shift into overdrive loose the skip. He had mentioned lowering the pressure in the system, and changing the valve body. He warned me I may loose some of the performance of the transmission, but I think that was just his tactic of trying to persuade me of not having them do it, but I was persistent. If they fix this, I'll be pretty much done with what I want to do. After the transmission, my truck goes back to the bodyshop Monday. They are going to fix the tailgate and the driver side doors. Last fall I had them take some dents out, and they did a poor job color matching the paint of the truck. So they are going to repaint the doors. After that's done, I'll be able to relax for a bit.

Still haven't figured out the a/c hiss yet. I've had the system recharged, it's blowing cold air. When the truck is ideling or in park, there is no hiss. But when I start driving, the a/c keeps making this weird hissing noise coming from the dashboard/firewall, can't figure out what it is. It doesn't affect the performance of the a/c either, but the sound really consumes the cab and is very annoying.

Mine does this exact same thing. I don't know what it is either, but if I figure it out, I'll let you know. It may or may not actually be something wrong with the AC, but I would like to know what it is.

Check this out for back bumpers. Look at the "cowboy" one. I Just re-did my stock one again, and rubberized it, but I think I'll be replacing it for this one soon. Should be sweet for offroading too. I think I'm gonna get the legend series for a front bumper too.

Idk why but for some reason I'm not a fan of aftermarket bumpers on these trucks. The only one I've seen I halfway like and I don't know that I would like it on a truck that was stock height or slightly over but is the Road Armor one DJGaston had on his 01 Ram. It looked good but I think the truck being lifted soo much is what pulled it off.

You can see it here http://www.djgaston.com/

I don't think it would look as good on a normal sized truck.
