Sounds like a good deal I have a 01 Ram 4x4 with off road pkg ext. cab but I only get around 11.2 MPG (well so my gauge says) But I've had mine since december and it has about 90K on it...runs great love the truck but I've already replaced 4 U joints, a thermostat, and now I think my water pump is leaking...but regarless small fixes. But sounds like a good deal since i paid a few thousand more than that for mine.

 

towing will be fine. The one thing that would be nice to know is what is the gear ratio, if your going to tow alot, consider finding an offroad, so that it would have 4.10s, this truck probably has 3.55's which will probably do ok, but 3.92s or 4.10s would be better.

Just so you know I have 3.55s with an auto, and I regularly pull 10,000lbs, and have pulled up to 15,000 lbs. And a stick shift usually tows better then an auto.
