hi guys my truck is stalling out on me in drive as though it was a manual. this is leading me to think the torque converter is locked up at start up???
i have purchased the lock up and O/Dsolenoid to fix the p1740 but have not gotten around to replacing them.

so my question is could this be the solenoids or has the converter gone south.

i plan on doing a DIY write up on the lock up and O/D solenoids.
there just is not enough time in a day

 

it was just the solenoid when that happened to my chevy.
