So far the best thing I've done is to adjust the TV cable

Would a tv cable even affect overdrive? I just don't get it, my pedal is so sensitive in overdrive. Every bump makes my foot hit the pedal!

I keep trying to mod my truck to make the pedal more sensitive.

Try anchoring your heel to the floor. Or are you driving with blocks lashed to your feet?

there is a possibilty that the overdrive shift solenoid is sticking. Have a computer diagnostics done to make sure. If not then the overdrive unit is at fault

I am getting 14 around town and 16 on highway but I have a 5.2 with factory size tires and mostly stock (only big thing is a Dr. Evil tranny) but I would have a hard time believing a 5.9 would get that much especialy with 4.10 gearing. Did you have your computer reset for the size of tires?

See that is why I brought it to them. The overdrive skip seemed peculiar. So I figured if I had them fix that, it would also fix the over sensitive pedal issue.
