I looked into timbren springs, but they don't seem to do much to (at least they don't publish) that they increase the payload. Found some helper springs that are rated for 2500 lbs, probably go that route. I know you are not supposed to go past factory ratings, but when I do tip 2k lbs, it's litteraly for 10 miles through town. Not worried about damaging the truck for such a short run.

And check out part A550-65, that is the spring they put in the DR1525H4 kit for a Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 built 1994-2001 and 2006-2008. I believe it has a rated capacity of 3000 lbs, bump load of 11,500 lbs. So yes, it helps a lot with heavy loads.

I will, might be a bit though. Work just got nuts, and once I get the new hardwood flooring laid in the house remod this weekend, will probably be working most weekends through August. I've been preoccupied with the house stuff lately, haven't even tried to figure out my creeking up front. Louder exhaust has "fixed" it for now.
