Alright here were my measurments

Front bumper: 21 inches (I have no air dam so to the bottom of the real bumper)
Back bumper: 23.5 inches
Front driver side wheel well: 39"
Front passenger side wheel well: 39"
Rear driverside wheel well 40.5"
Read passenger side wheel well: 41"

 

Looks like I'm about 2-3" higher than yours. I don't know why your front bumper is around the same but everything else on mine is higher. I didn't measure the rear wheel wells but the rear bumper is higher and the front wheel wells are higher. I'm thinking you must have a stock truck.

 

Well that's a relief. I think 5" of lift and 33x14.00 inch tires should look good on it until I have money for axels. at which time I think I'll throw a 3" bodylift on there and rock some 37s
