Lets see your campers
Hey all. I havent been around as much lately as I would like (summer is really busy), so thought i'd drop in tonight. With the price of gas, the truck hasn't seen much action lately except for some recent camping trips. Here's a couple of recent pics. That's my little pop-up camper, a 1991 Skamper. Nothing fancy, but the wife and daughter like it better then the tent. It tows pretty easy, and sets up easy. Just can't go into the rougher backcountry trails like I used to do when I used a tent. Anyway, i'd like to see pics of your campers too. I'm sure there's some much nicer then mine, so lets see them.

RE: Lets see your campers
Not sure what drop i'm running. It is an adjustable hitch, and I have it set on the lowest position. My guess is about 8".
That particular camping location isn't even in the mountains really. This is at Trinidad Reservoir in the extreme southern part of central Colorado. Elevation is only about 6000 ft. Since we wanted to go camping in early June, we went down there for warmer weather. The places we usually go to later in the year (July and Aug) still had snow in June.
