Default 1/8 mile time

Post up your 1/8" mile times if you've been to the track along with your list of mods.

I ran 11.2 at I think 60.something mph. It was 60 but it was . something.
This was back a while ago. I had a Flowmaster exhaust, 33" BFG MT's on 16x10 Eagle Alloy Wheels, 3" Skyjacker lift, maybe MSD wires and Edelbrock Air Hat. I think I had those two things but I'm not positive. I also had the stock transmission at this time.

how about 8th and/or quarter mile?

Amandas truck ran a best of:
1/8-9.44 @ 73.21
1/4-14.86 @ 91.18

it was a very hot, humid september day at norwalk, so i think that it has more in it with some practice, but we dont thrash it often...

mods at the time were:
CAI w/K&N filter
fastman TB
mopar performance pcm (obdI)
MSD/Mopar 6AL
MSD/Mopar Blaster Coil
Electric fans
Edelbrock headers
super high flow cat
3" exhaust dumped at the axle
march underdrive pullies
3.91 gears
26x11.5x15 hoosier quick time pro rears, stock fronts.
stock transmission, OD off.
full interior, tailgate off, with tonneua cover

ive still batted around the idea of hooking up a nitrous kit that i may have laying around...but ive not gone that way yet.

I ran the truck tonight and was really dissapointed. My best run was a 11.48. That was slower than last time and I have more mods. I do have a sub box for 2 12"s now and only had 1 10" before and I have a 33" BFG MT for a spare where as before I had a stock spare. I have a new APS transmission now, a hypertech, and a new exhaust not that that matters although I do have a Magnaflow cat. I was a little dissapointed. I did have a problem with it really wanting to spin though. I don't think I had that issue before. Before it seemed to hook and go. This time it was burning the tires off taking off. I was hoping for mid 10's.

Here is a picture of it at the track.

BTW that Mustang didn't beat me by much. I had a better 60 foot time and had him to probably half track maybe a little less then he came past me. At the end I was about even with his back bumper so he didn't have me by too much.

can you post the numbers from your previous best, and from last night? how was your trap speed of the two, and the 60 foot time of the two?

i dont understand why buy a truck and lift it and put mud tires on it if you want to race it... trucks are ment for pull offs.

I'm not sure where my old time slip is. If I find it I can try to post the numbers. I think I was doing about 1mph faster last night than previously.

Ok I got my time slip to look at.

My Reaction time was a +.2765
My 60 Foot Time was 2.5409
My Elapsed Time was 11.4809
My Speed was 61.755

That was my best one.

I am not exactly sure where the old time slip from a couple years ago is. I know I have it but not sure where so I can't post it right now.

yep, thats a manual v6. not too fast.

Last time I went I pulled a 14.40 @ 96 I recall. something like 2.1 60. I dont keep track of 8th miles because they are pointless.
Find a real track.

Im taking the mustang next weekend to see what its going to run. I think its probably going to be arround 15.0, 14.9ish.
