Remeasured the frame. I must have been smoking something yesterday, ignore those previous measurements.

New, correct ones:
Front (cab)- [ol][*]Coil Springs - No difference in height.[*]From top of wheel well to bottom of tire - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[*]From frame underneath cab to ground - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[*]Top of cab to top of wall of bed - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[*]Bottom of doors to ground - 1/2" lower on driver's side. [/ol]Rear (bed/box)- [ol][*]Leaf springs to bottom of bed - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[*]From top of wheel well to bottom of tire - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[*]From axle to frame - 1/2" lower on driver's side.[/ol]So the universal lean is half an inch, driver's side. Tell me what you want pictures of exactly, and I will take them.

Here's the truck from the rear, where the lean is the most visible.

ok so if the coils are the same height, and the body mounts are good, then I'd have to go with a sagging leaf spring.

Are you sure the coils are the same though, Maybe a control arm bushing is messed up or something, I would take the truck to someone who does free estimates and let them chase it down, If it turns out to be a bad coil, don't buy new ones. I seen these coil spacers one time, when I was surching around for lifts, and they weld onto the lower spring seat, and you can get them in either 3/8" or 1/2", they said that they were to fix leaning trucks.

Also check your sway bar, that should actually tweak the truck.

Maybe unhook the swaybar and see if it leans worse.

When I installed the lift I took off the sway bar, my truck began to lean when I get in it, but I'm ALOT bigger then most people, I youst(is that a word) to weigh almost 300lbs, and I got tired of being fat, and I've lost almost 50lbs now(over a 6 month period), I weigh about 255 now, but the truck still leans when I get in it

You know, in my 30 plus yearsof owning Dodges, I haven't met one yet that hasn't developed the "Dodge lean" after a while. My Ram has it, and every truck I've owned for any length of time through the 70s and 80shas had it. Like dash cracks, it's annoying, but Dodge doesn't seem to want to address it.It's most prevelant in two wheel drives, but 4x4s get it too. A lot has to do with the fact that most of the weight is on the drivers side (you, the steering box, the gas tank, and the battery).

Superlift makes a spacer for 4x4s that welds to your bottom spring mount. It is 3/4" thick and works well...for a while. Then you have to change the springs. Sadly, many after market ones develop it as well.

This may sound ridiculous but... Shock Absorber? My Ranger did this until I replaced the shocks. Fixed it right up. Why dont you try swapping the rear shocks?

Half an inch is mild at least. Before my Dakota I had an S-10 for a short time, and those are notorious for the bed to not be level with the cab. now THAT will drive you crazy.

I am going to try and find one of those free estimate places. Not sure if my Meineke place will do it or not.

The shocks were replaced less then 2000 miles ago. It had the stock Chrysler shocks on there, and I had them replaced with Monroe Gas-Magnum shocks. The left rear shock is compressed about 1/2" more than the on the right, but that could still mean its the leaf spring.

If the leaf spring isn't bad, I'll have them change the shock (or change it myself), but most people I talk to say it most likely is the leaf spring.

Yeah, I understand a little lean when I get in it (220 lbs myself), but its leaning when nothing is in it. I'm going to spend whatever it takes (not throw money away, mind you, just whatever it takes) to get this fixed, because it bugs the crap out of me when things aren't level or extremely close to it.

hey you could get a set of air shocks for the rear, and air the left one up a little more then the right

lol, jk. I think your leafspring is shot.
