95 wo/ac but w/ps K070885 . This is factory wo/ac. So brackets and pulleys , etc.... may be different . So you might have to guess. Take a string and route it around the pulleys in the correct configuration and then measure it.

thats the best idea, i had installed a set of under drives on my truck and when it came to install the belt it didnt fit so i had to go smaller, well everyone in the parts store looked at me like i was nuts when i told them thati needed a belt 2 inches shorter than my stock belt. it ended up being twice the price and at the worst parts store in town!i also found during these many trips to the parts stores that there were 2 diffrent a/c options, factory air and dealer air both of which take a diffrent sized belt.. just some food for thought.

Ran into the same problem with my ProCharger install. There is two options for stock belt size depending on configuration. The string deal works the best. Did you try calling the parts store and asking w/out a/c? You can also take the existing belt and route it w/out the a/c. Mark the belt at each end of the excess and take measurement. If your belt is a 506**** or a 507**** subract the measuredexcess from the three numbers after the 506 or 507. Same if your belt is a K06**** or K07****. Hope I did not confuse.

I would not suggest bypassing the a/c unless it is a straight race truck. You will have problems down the road with over heating. Your engine is gonna be looking for that extra stress on the motor to cool it a little. If i were you i would get a smog pump eliminator kit. That will make a difference.

If you don't mind me asking, why are you wanting to bypass it? If it is working now you might not want to do that! Because even when it is off and you are using heat ( like defrost especially) it will cycle to eliminate moisture and also to keep the seals and bearings lubed up.
