Default Bought another stang (My new gas saver)

Well I found a 99 35th Anniv. Edition v6 on ebay. I bid and lost well turned out the guy didn't have the money so the dealership sold me the car for 2,000. Its up there in miles but the car looks good. Clutch is very touchy so I gotta get used to that or see if i can adj it. The exhaust needs tighted up its really loose. It should be a lot easier on gas then my Ram though which is why I bought it.

Heres the pics off the auction I haven't taken any of my own yet.

I'm aprettyhardcorestang fan too. This is my 3rd one that I have now. I had a 4th when I was 16 but couldn't get it inspected so it was traded in on the 66. At this moment i have a 94 GT (slightly modded. Building a 514 for it. It knocks like a **** so has been sitting for about 2 years), 66 Coupe (200 stright 6 completely stock) and now the 99.

I'm gonna try to keep it stock. If anything it will be little stuff like aflowmaster muffler and the old cai off the 94 if it fits. The stock intake tube looks the same so maybe.

Do you have a stang? If so I'd love to see some pics. Your ram looks sick btw very nice looking truck

Great deal!

Seems to be a lot of Mustang owners who drive dodge rams

Sounds like you got a steal. That is the 3.8l in those right? My friend had one and he drove it hard all the time. He put a supercharger off of a superbird.... thunderbird with supercharger... then had it tunned and it was fast. The supercharger cost him $300 on ebay.

Sounds like a fun car and looks very sharp. Congrats

I got my Ram for $800 but it doesn't look nearly as nice as that. The ram does got a newer engine in it though and sounds great once I work all the demons out of it.

thanks for all the complaments.

1980blackfiveoh just a heads up in case ya didn't know. On your cardomain it says you want a wrecked 95-98 with the 4.6. The 4.6's didn't come out till 96. 95's were still 5.0 it was the last year for the 5.0 in the stang . Cars look good man your cobra almost looks lke the pace car stang

I want a 66 straight six!!! gosh you suck. lol.

I don't care much for mustangs post 1979, but the more I think about it, I might consider a cheap v6 one because parts are everywhere for them.

The cobra is a future project so I have no firm plans. It is just collecting dust right now.A 94-98 donor car is a strong possiblility due to the factory 8.8 rear with disc brakes, EFI and better suspension. I would take a low mile 5.0 94 over a high mile 4.6.The 80-81cobra, 82 Mustang GT and 79 pace car have the same 2 piece nose. To find any of these years in good shape is rare.
