It might hurt, it might not. Synthetic is more consistent in its overall weight/thickness, so if you have any leaks filled up with sludge from conventional oil, it might clear those out and you'll leak.

Then again, it might do nothing but good. It has been proven to give you a tad more HP and a tad more MPG. It also cools the engine better.

It'll definitely be more expensive though.

I run full syth. and i love it. When i switched over i didnt have any problems. No leaks (at the time). Now my main front and rear seals are leaking!!. Big problem. But has nothing to do with the oil. just wear and tear. If you want you can add engine restore to your oil. It helps with leaks, performance and engine life. I put it in all the time, except for once and now i have those leaks heh. But no switching you should be fine, my truck does run a lil cooler with syth.

He has the whole hood. He spent the bucks and did it right. [sm=smiley20.gif]

The "glue on" or tape on hoods look really cheezy to me. I laugh every time I see them, especially the ones where people don't paint them the same color as their vehicle, and they look even worse.
