I like the ranchhand ones but they are a little pricey...

If you want a cheep fix just pop rivet some sheet metal where the holes are big and bondo around it. That's how I did it. Cost about 50 bucks.

Before

Bondo

After

i thought a bumper was supposed to offer some kind of collision impact bull**** or something. These things, i'd be afraid of getting rear ended by a go-kart

Eh, at least they're made out of steel, most cars are made out of fiber glass. So if the two got into a fight, the steel would win. The only real downfall is that most of these trucks bumpers are completley rotted out because they hold water. Whenever I did mine I drilled some small holes in the bottom to allow water to drain out.

Overall though I'd go with a good aftermarket bumper like ranchhand makes.

Look on ebay, i got my front bumper from a store there. Sell new front and rear bumpers. Got mine for $89. Much better from what i was finding at yards. Free of rust, just have to bolt on. I think it was a pretty good job, cant even tell tis a diff bumper in my sig.
