So now that you got it on are you happy with it? Did you still lose low end?

No loss of low end, and minimal gains from the K&N, but the look alone makes me happy. Hated the K&N and how much space it used. Just ordered the K&N filter.Should spice it up further.

Nice nice. Was it pushing it back further when the rod was bent wrong?

I l i k e my Edelbrock because I don't have to bend the rod but I kind of l i k e the look of the Mopar one. I take it you are glad you didn't send it back? I've thought about the K&N CAI but l i k e you I don't want something that takes up that much space. Just not something I l i k e.

BTW did you get a Magnaflow? If so how is it? Better in the drone department?

Yeah, got the magnaflow. Sadly drones just as much but it's a much smoother deep tone as opposed to the crackly super 44.

The only way your going to fix that is by installing a cat converter

I have a catalytic converter on my truck and honestly I didn't notice much of a drone until he started talking about it. Then I listened for it with the radio off and it was a drone at highway speeds. Still not too bad but it was there so I'm thinking it may be what he is hearing. So do you l i k e the Flowmaster or the Magnaflow better?
