Any suggestions on the clamps then? Brand? Position?

I would need....3 clamps then...one at the front, middle and rear...3 cause of the extend piping I need to put in.

Any hangers I should use or will the clamps hold tights enough? even with vibration and 4 wheeling?

My god, what ever you do DO NOT use clamps on a permanet basis. I tried that method on my truck, if you off road much or live in the counrty, you will be fighting those clams all the time. Mine kept rattleing off. If you have acess to a welder and bender thats fine, but if you dont I would suggest you order the pipes straight from Flowmaster.
I know its going to be more expensive buying the pipe from Flowmaster, but the pipes will be ready bent and have al the nesscary hangers allready in place
To me its worth the extra money for the conveince.

if you have a mienike go to them i bought the muffler and tips, and they will install it , and bend it the way want it, and they will do it so you get the best flow, just tell them where you want the pipes coming out. 250 to install and they provide evreything else just givee them a muffler

When you get it warmed up, re tighten the clamps. It will get rid of most of the leaks.
