Mine rattled for a while befor it finally got to where you noticed performance loss it was due to the waffle cone inside had broke in halve and would only restrice flow under acceleration. I had absolutly no sulfer smell. I gutted mine and made a O2 extention to the rear O2 and the problum was fixed. Even after gutting it i have never noticed any sulfer smell and the truck runs 310% better.
And how did you compute your average of running 310% better? Is that like giving 110%?

I believe he is talking about using a non fouler for a spark plug. Which btw I will be doing soon because I keep getting a CEL for the post cat 02 sensor.
