Default any help please!?!?!

Hello All, I have a question/problem. I have a hypertech programer installed on my 01 Ram, a few weeks ago I had it into the local dealership to have some work done on it. The last week or so since Ive had it back, I noticed my gas mileage was down big time and the truck was kind of sluggish compared to what it had been before I took it in. I tried de-tuning my truck, then re-tuning, but durring the reading process I got an ERROR 6E, and it gave me a phone number to call. I know if I call the phone number that Hypertech will have me send them my programmer so they can fix it and Ill be able to put it back on my truck.. My problem though, is that now, since I tried de-tuning and re-tuning, my speedo is all fudged up.. even if Im barely creeping down the road, it reads that im going 50 mph or faster.. Ive tried resetting the computer by pulling the battery cables for 30 min, but thats the only quick fix I could think of.. Does anyone on here have any other ideas? or am I going to just have to have a screwed speedo until I get my tuner back from hypertech???

any help would be appreciated
Thanks!

my guess is that you're hosed until you reflash/fix the computer. i'd call hypertech asap and ask for help.

you should always take your "tunes" out before having your vehicle serviced. even if its not a warranty issue. there computers know the stock settings. its hard to tell what happened.i wonder if the dealership reflashed the computer while you had it in.

i had the hypertech max energy before and i never had any issues. i would call hypertech support.

what kind of work did you have done?
