What are they? How hard are they to do? Is there a writeup anywhere for them?

Crank Sensor Mod, search for aim's post about it.. i remembering him say, it's not for ones with big hands.. so i would say it hard.

good job finding that..

it's behide the passenger side head, it's on the motor facing the fire wall and by the bell housing.

hard to find works to help.. did i help?

behind the passenger side head. it's easier to feel than see. Reach down right near the tranny dipstick tube.

I don't think its worth it IMHO. I just did it to try it. Don't really recall noticing much change. The TPS mod did make the throttle more "peppy", but my original one quit working within 4 months of tweaking it, so I had to buy a new one, and it wouldn't tweak at all.

what about relocating the IAT sensor to the intake tube?

just a waste of gas unless the MAP sensor is seeing an increase of PSI from what I understand.
