i had a 96 ext cab and it was a great truck but had the 5.2 engine and ALOT of rust. this one is a 1999 std cab but has the 5.9 engine

how much? I have never seen a 5.9 reg cab short bed except for the Indy/SS/T rams. It looks like it needs a new front bumper, headlights need to be polished, roof needs painted, and needs a good cleaning.

yea the vin shows it has a 5.9 which is odd because i cant seem to find much info on std cabs with 5.9s..it does say slt.. but i dont know. the truck looks solid but needs some tlc like you said. cleaning and small touches. would be a real nice truck. but the only things are the miles on the carfax came up and it was in a front accident in 99.. but could have just been a little bumper hit and it was reported who knows.

 

i looked at the pics and the passenger door looks really weird. it looks like the way the doors are on the new dakotas. it doesnt flow, it just is a bulge

 

hmm... does look strange.. the driver door kind of looks the same but your right it almost has that new dakota boxie look.. i didnt notice that even when i saw it in person

 

i looked at i again, and it now looks like a dent where someone hit a pole while opening the door

 

the molding on both doors is missing
