I honestly don't have any desire to talk to this bigot privately. There is no excuse for racism.

very, very true. and you can probably make a 360 just as fast with some good work. and there's no replacement for displacement :P

ive heard that the 360's are very under tuned from the manufacturer and do not run at full potential. What do i need to unleash my hidden power?

Superchips works well and you can usually pick up a used one for around $200-250. Just make sure it is unlocked. THe air intakes help, modified throttle bodies (Fastman or you can even use a Dremel tool and port and polish your own), and a good tune-up are just a few places to start. What I like about these engines is it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to modify them.

Here is link for modifying the throttle body: http://dodgetruckworld.tenmagazines....erformance_mod

That's the difference between a MAF system and a speed density system.

I was looking for a Cold Air Intake for a friend of mine's Furd F-150 (2006). The cheapest I could find for his was around $300.00 and from what I read, the Furd's engines do not like the "home-made" cold air intakes (it may throw a code). But, on our Dodges we can put a $25.00 14" round air cleaner and have the same performance as an expensive CAI. All the expense the TB modification I did was the cost of the Dremel bits. The programmer cost around $200-250, but according to Superchips you gain close to 50 horsepower (at least thats what they claim!), not a bad return for the money. This is why I said you can modify these engines to get the extra power that these engines are capable of without spending a lot of money. NOw if you get into cams and etc that may be a different story.

I really don't know about the inspections. Where I live they don't check any of that.

It is a pretty easy mod.
