When you get the 2dn gen truck, get some tools, and make friends with a tranny shop.

at 45K, thats a new truck!! Rust proof those doors asap, change the tranny oil, diff oils, check your u-joints and bearings!!
your plenum, or pendulum , I don't think they would go so early on in miles.

other than that, its worth about $5000 if its well maintained like you say.

When i had mine done it was around 1300
