Ive got a flowmaster muffler, and thats it for the exhaust.

And I'm not looking into spending $400 for a chip. If I could find a used one or a used SCT for about half price, I'd probably invest the money then :P

In general, I'm trying not to invest too much money, where (hopefully) gains in mpg may end up paying me back.

If your looking to save money I've got a mopar round a/c I could sell you. It has a scratch on the top cover but is in otherwise good condition. The K&N filter would be extra to the filter the a/c comes with and I would include an s-bolt.

Mopar Round Air Cleaner: $77.95 <-- From Summit
K&N Valve Cover Breather: $18.95 <-- From Summit
K&N Filter: $50.00 <-- From Summit

Total cost to you: $75.00 plus s&h

i forgot, that if the person with the used 3815 has already went the the flashpaq web, and registered it, you will have to have their pass word and stuff to be able to update it.

you can find them used for under 300$.(3815)seen a couple used for 200$.you just have to keep an eye out.with the new diablo coming out (for the hemi),you will be seeing more of them for sale.

i never seen any mpg gains with the 3815.but i did see some better mpg when i had the hypertech max energy.2-3mpg more.on the performance setting.i sold my max energy for 175$shipped.like i said, you just have to keep a eye out for the good deals.

i will be selling my 3815 here in a couple months.(after christmas) when i try the sct tuner.

I have pondered these plug and play deals as well...I always worried about the pinging issue. How has that worked for you guys who have them? I don't ping right now, and I am afraid that one of these programmers may cause pinging. Has that happened to anyone?

Sorry for the jack...
