Ever since I bought my truck in '07, my overhead is all out whack on the temperature. I've reset it and it doesn't do anything. Is this something the dealership would know how to fix?

Not a chance the dealer knows absolutely nothing about Dodge trucks...
Whats wrong, is the temp way off? Display all wonky?

Yeah, it says like -40 all the time. Everything else seems to work pertaining to mpgs, but the time and temperature are both off.

Try unplugging the temp sensor. It should be mounted on the back side of the grill.
It should say OC with the sensor unplugged.
If it does I would replace the sensor.
No idea about the time problem

It is right behind the top drivers side grille insert. Next to the secondary hood latch.
