Replacing Belt
Just put a wrench on the tensioner, pull on it to loosen the belt, remove old belt, route new belt, move then tensioner, slip belt over it, release tensioner. Done!
Do you have A/C? If so, A/C belt. If not, well, no A/C belt.
It's really easy to change the belt, just make sure you note the routing. If the belt seems too short or too long, odds are it's just not routed right.
I'm a fan of gatorback belts too

From the OP:
These trucks are equipped with a tensioner pulley, so I'm confused why he's asking. I've never heard them referred to as "lever controlled".
And how do i replace the belt on these trucks? Never done it before, always done it on vehicles with the lever controlled tensioner.
Geez
THESE --- TRUCKS --- ARE --- EQUIPPED --- WITH --- A --- TENSIONER. I --- DON'T --- UNDERSTAND --- WHY --- HE --- WOULD -- ASK.

He's probably asking because he didn't see the Tensioner pulley. Chill the **** out and turn off caps lock.
(OP: The Tensioner Pulley mounts to the same place that your Ignition Coil is mounted.)
