its pretty easy. At least it was easy yanking mine out. You drain the rad, remove hoses, remove tranny line which was the worst part. then you got the 2 top bolts to take out (pretty sure thats all there is) then pull that sucker out.

Now I forget if we removed the fan before yanking it out. I kinda think we did. So if you do you have to get a fan removal tool. Its just a bis *** wrench. You can rent it at autozone.

Drain the radiator. Remove the upper and lower hoses. Now would be a good time to replace them unless they've been replaced within the last 80K miles or so. Remove the bolts that hold the shroud in place and then looses the mounts. It comes right out.

There's a Dodge Field Service Manual in the DIY thread. Download it and all the answers you seek will be found.

Good luck.

You don't need to remove the fan, and the shroud will just slide over the fan out of the way enough to remove the radiator. Just be careful you don't slam the new radiator against the fan by accident when reinstalling. Or anything for that matter.

And actually, the most important part of the install is making sure the coolant is filled correctly .
