junkyard engine with 170k onit would be $500......im replacing the rod, main and rod bearings, porting and polishing my heads and tb, valve job, all gaskets for around $400 and my engine only has 112k on it, so i think im gonna come out ahead...

 

Hey TIMIDONE how well does this set up you have work? What you have is what i was thinking about doing as an alternative to a cold air intake.

When I change the oil, it goes in Purple, and comes out Orange!
