Guinea Pig: Extensive TreadWright(Retread) Tire Test Thread
Yep. My Harley is my primary transportation. Truck is for towing and going to the MX track on weekends. Average 600-700 miles a month.
Its a good thing. They work great. Wear pretty even. Balance does seem to take a little weight but no noticeable shake and I do my balancing with a bubble balancer.
Mine are in a Fedex truck somewhere between here and Henderson, CO. The last update by tracking says they left CO on the morning of the 9th. The estimated delivery date was today. But I knew it wasn't going to happen because of all the snow we got. I told the wife they may have to put the tires on the Fedex truck so that it can make it here. lol
Well, i'm still waiting for my Fed Ex confirmation. I really didn't want to wait 3 weeks to get these tires.
UPDATE: Just got the Fed Ex notice and it says they will be here on the 16th. Fingers crossed.

i got some 265 guard dogs about a month ago. they only had them with the Kedge grip at the time. Ive been happy so far. I have noticed I wont spin a tire on wet pavement when i would have with my worn out goodyears. The guard dogs have a little whine to them and its gotten a little louder after 1000 miles. thats the only negative to great looking, deep lugged tire.
Just got home from work and checked. Tires should be here tomorrow. Not really sure when I will put them on as I could probably do another month or two on my old ones. But when I do I'll be sure to post a pic.
