1. The dimple is still there.. just off to the side. You can't see it from that angle.
2. It's the first valve on the #1 cylinder... I think thats exhaust???
3. Actually.... the truck sometimes wouldn't idle... it would sit well above 1000RPM at times... I thought it had something to do with the brake booster though.
