Hey now, that's the MSD universal harness. It looks like a birds nest, but it works, dang it!

That ram specific harness has been on back order for years, try to order one. If you get one, let me know.

This is only in cold weather, correct? Somebody said that you would have to put it in neutral every time you drive the truck to fill the converter back up with fluid.
Just trying to clarify.

Why cant you just cut the ball check out of the line and use a flare tool on the line and slip a metal clamp and hose over it?

Just trying to clarify.

Ive read that as well. But mine has been removed and I have never had any problems. Although I do let the truck warm up in the winter, I have never done it in neutral. Always takes right off with no glitches.

I dont have to put it in neutral.
