I went to the summitracing.com website and looked up the Magnaflo replacement cat and the DIRECT FIT one is #MPE-23285 which list for $206.95. Do they have just the cat by itself because this particular one cones with the "Y" pipe assembly and I don't need it. Thanks

 

Yes you can get the universal one and have it welded on. That's what I as well as many others have done.

 

Now all you need to do is figure out which setup you actually have before you get a universal one.

 

Well after extensive research with the guy at Summit we came up with prt# 94037. I was told I didn't need the entire setup prt # 23285 that includes the "Y" pipe. So after I replace the stock one I'm going to go to NAPA autoparts and get a length of 3" exhaust pipe ($4 per foot) and connect it to the end. I've heard of guys finding this same cat on ebay for $70. Any info on this? The one listed with Summit is going for $106 and some change.
