OK Here are the Q's::

How many coats of paint(color)?
How many coats of clear?
How long did you let the paint dry in between coats?
How many cans of paint did you use?(Total cost, too)
How long did you let the wheel cure before putting the tire on?
Did they get scratched in the tire mounter?

I'm thinking about doing this in a few weeks. I was just wanting to make sure on these things so I can be prepared.

Stop your whinefest, I'm here I'm here..

3 coats of primer, 3 coats of paint, 4 coats of clear.

I followed the directions on the can to the letter. Cost me about $20 in total. 1 Can of paint.

Again, I followed the can instructions, 7 day curing.

Yes, they did get scratched. Not badly though. If you put extra coats of everything around the Lip it should help a lot.
