I am going to assume that you are not the original owner of this truck? If you are not you might call the previous owner and see if they modded the wiring so that the windows and climate control would work with the key off. I would bet that that's the case.
No, i haven't anything extra plugged in, not even a car radio (i still have to install it). That's what bothers me, i draw current somewhere but don't know where...

bigster, did you see my post #10? Try diconnecting the alternator and see what happens.

I started the truck today and she still starts without any problem, I'm so happy!!

I found a very elusive parasitic drain on my battery by , measuring in the usual way such as you are doing and then pulling each fuse from my fuse box one at a time The circut involved became very aparent. Turned out to be an old alarm system box I did not even know as there on mine. I just got a shcematic and followed the colored wires back to the source...easy.
