You don't have like a cell phone charger or something like that that you keep plugged in do ya? I know that it sounds strange, but that little light that tells you there is power to the charger eats more juice than you might think.
I am going to assume that you are not the original owner of this truck? If you are not you might call the previous owner and see if they modded the wiring so that the windows and climate control would work with the key off. I would bet that that's the case.

I found a very elusive parasitic drain on my battery by , measuring in the usual way such as you are doing and then pulling each fuse from my fuse box one at a time The circut involved became very aparent. Turned out to be an old alarm system box I did not even know as there on mine. I just got a shcematic and followed the colored wires back to the source...easy.
