Default OBD1 ?'s

I found a performance computer on summit for the 92-96 Magnum motors (OBD1 Computers). Says it fits on the application tab. http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=DCC%2D5249546&N=700+4 294908110+4294908395+4294840106+4294924755+4294925 143+4294839059+115&autoview=sku

I am trying to do some research on aftermarket computer/ignition systems for an OBD1 truck. I am trying to find out how i would go about tuning a 408 stroker when i go to build my motor. I found the F.A.S.T. EFI system on KRC
http://www.krcperformance.com/krc/in...mart&Itemid=26

Main thing i was wandering is could i have the one from summit "flashed" and if so by who. If i have to run the FAST one from KRC, how difficult are they to tune or should i have a shop do it?

Vehicle Info:
95 Ram 1500 2wd
5.9 360
Stock- for now

I have the Mopar Performance PCM in my '94 and it does rather well. I did some research in the past about getting an OBD1 computer flashed and I can't find anyone who can/will do it. But I did find out that the MP PCM will work on a stroker as long as you're not running too wild of a cam. KRC suggested I use the 210X cam. If you're going to be running anything above that then you're best bet is to go with either the FAST or ACCEL DFI setup.

As far as ignition goes I'm running a Mallory 6A box and one of their high voltage coils. Had it on for over a year and love it. Gave me a little better throttle response and few more mpg too.

Hope that helps. Shoot me a PM if you have any more questions.

Yea i checked out the B&G and they have a decent setup. Ill have to give them a call for a custom price. Also, Bran ive put in an email to KRC (maybe they will return this one) and called so well see what their input is on the ignition for the setup i plan to run.

lol I know. My 94 Stang is an obd1. I got a code reader that does a good just but its a pain getting in and out of the car to read the damn thing. The obd2 is so much nicer and has more options

yah obd-1's were pretty much screwed, but depending on the size of your cam and build all together the mopar pcm can handle some,,but unfortunately our only options are to run a standalone or fast,as b&g cant re-flash ours, and no tuning software available to my knowledge..only obd-2's and so on...but you could also go carbed..but your talking alot of work..unless you wanna shell out big money for a standalone system try finding a cam that is pc friendly...any build shop should be able to help as far as that goes..
