its a rough estimate. i was at 18 seconds now im around 13 seconds

only thing is.. that when i first start up my truck it kind of whistles for a bit. after driving on it the sound goes away..

You just added something that modifies the air induction system. Of course there is going to be whistling.

Or is it your belt?

Just FYI, if you upgrade your 14" round filter, don't get a K&N...get the AEM Dryflow. It is just as good (or better) and doesn't require oil.

thats i was just about to buy a K&N one too. How do you clean the Dryflow? oh and i know that its supposed to sound like more air being sucked in but this is making the same sound that your stock box does when its not on all the way.

You clean it the same way you clean a K&N. With the Cleaning kit.
