no. i would not flush it.
i would drain/drop the pan, replace the filter, refill and drive it a few days. then do it again.

he said flush it run it for a few day a lot of drving and flush it agin to get rid of all of the old crap it that trans that has bulit up over the years. ok mabey not why not flush it?

this is what i used Torque-Drive Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid, Severe Gear 75W-90,P.i. Performance Improver Gasoline Additive,and i cant find there trans fer case stuff that i have all amsoil.
i wouldn't use anything in the transmission other than atf+4. that's the oil recommended by dodge. its full synthetic. don't use any additives.
for differentials, you can use about anything. haynes says 90w GL-5. i use the valvoline 85w90 in both. if you have a limited slip differential, then you add the little bottle of friction modifier. its on the shelf right beside the gear oil.
