My uncle told me Fram was crap for years and I thought he was dumb...then I started researching and found that maybe he wasn't so dumb... There is a website out there (something like bobistheoilguy or whatever) where this guy does post-use inspections and posts his findings. He said that the Supertech brand filter from Wally World is better than Fram...I was blown away! I am using K&N right now and used Mobil 1 before that. I'd say stick with one of those two or Napa Gold, Wix, or that Baldwin and you'll be okay... As often as you change, a Fram isn't going to hurt you that badly.
